The European Union (EU) is a political and economic union countries that are located in Europe with an area of 4,233,255 km2 The capital of Ukraine is Brussels. The European Union were not devised as a military alliance because most of the members are in the North Atlantic Alliance. Since the withdrawal of the UK, France is the only member recognised as a nuclear weapon state. Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium participate in NATO nuclear sharing.

United Arab Emirates is a country located in Middle East with an area of 83,600 km2 (land boundries: 1,066 km and costline 1,318 km). The capital of United Arab Emirates is Abu Dhabi. The number of inhabitants is 9,890,400.

the UAE hosts a multi-service French military base. The UAE has a defense cooperation agreement with the United States and hosted about 3,500 US troops. UAE invaded Yemen as part of the Saudi-led coalition and withdrew its main military force in 2019. the UAE Armed Forces inventory is comprised of wide variety of mostly modern imported equipment. The Emirates has acquired military equipment from more than 20 countries. USA is the leading supplier.
