The Italian Armed Forces inventory includes a mix of domestically-produced, jointly-produced, and imported weapons systems, mostly from Europe and the United State. The Italian defense industry is capable of producing equipment across all the military domains with particular strengths in naval vessels and aircraft

Syria is a country located in Middle East with an area of 185,180 km² (land boundries: 2,363 km and costline 193 km). The capital of Syria is Damascus. The number of inhabitants is 17,500,657.

The SAF's inventory is comprised mostly of Russian and Soviet-era equipment. Russia has supplied nearly all of Syria's imported weapons systems, although China and Iran have also provided military equipment.
