IAI Eitan is an unmanned combat aerial vehicle, which was developer in Israel around 2004. It was invented by Israel Aerospace Industries (the Malat division of it) and it's a newer, updated version of the IAI Heron. The CAIG Wing Loong can be also called the Chengdu Pterodactyl I. It's a Medium-Altitude Long-Endurance unmanned combat aerial vehicle. It was developed in People's Republic of China by the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group. The general idea of its creators was to provide a vehicle, that can be used as a surveillance and aerial reconnaissance platform.
